- •We're looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own recruiting coordination and employee onboarding at Numeral.
- •You'll be the connective tissue between our recruiting team, hiring managers, and new hires, making sure every candidate and every new employee has a seamless experience from first interview to first quarter on the job.
- •Key Responsibilities Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews across all teams, keeping the process fast and friction-free for candidates and interviewers alike Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication and a strong candidate experience Manage our ATS hygiene, interview logistics, and recruiting workflows, flagging and fixing bottlenecks as we scale Own the employee onboarding experience end to end, from offer acceptance through an employee's first 30 days Build and refine onboarding materials, checklists, and processes that give new hires a strong start Requirements 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or people operations, ideally at a high-growth startup Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many moving pieces at once Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with candidates, new hires, and executives
