TL;DR

- •Northwood Space is building a global network of phased array ground stations for advanced satellite communications.
- •As a Lead Hardware Development Engineer, you will own the development of antenna systems from architecture through deployment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical development and execution of antenna systems from concept through production.
- •Translate product needs into system requirements, architectures, and verification plans.
- •Coordinate development across mechanical, electrical, RF, embedded software, and manufacturing teams.
- •Build and manage development schedules, milestones, and risk-mitigation plans.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. 3-5+ years of experience developing complex hardware or antenna systems.
- •Deep individual-contributor expertise in at least one relevant engineering discipline.
- •Demonstrated experience owning a hardware product through its lifecycle.
- •Strong systems-thinking and cross-functional leadership skills.
