About the role
TL;DR
Drive the product roadmaps for Hardhat and EDR, aligning with Nomic's vision.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute the Hardhat and EDR product roadmaps.
- •Act as the primary owner of product prioritisation decisions.
- •Define UX expectations, API behavior, and developer-facing feature design.
- •Partner closely with engineering to maximise impact.
- •Work closely with engineering teams to align on dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on technical, developer-facing products or platforms.
- •Minimum of 2 years of prior professional experience as a Software Engineer, with hands-on work in a strongly typed language such as TypeScript, Rust, C++, C#, Java, or Go.
- •A strong user-focused product mindset, with demonstrated judgment around trade-offs, collaborative problem-solving, and accountability for end-to-end outcomes.
- •Experience translating developer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, and product design documentation.
- •Exposure to Ethereum protocol, tooling, or developer workflows, with a practical understanding of related infrastructure.
