- •Nium is seeking a driven Expansion Manager to own their stablecoin licensing strategy globally.
- •This role involves leading new market entry, from regulatory strategy and license applications to operationalizing granted licenses.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute Nium's global stablecoin license roadmap, identifying optimal routes to market.
- •Lead licensing strategy and regulatory engagement, owning the end-to-end application process.
- •Operationalize new licenses by implementing required policies, processes, and controls.
- •Track budgets, risks, and timelines, reporting to senior leadership.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of experience in legal, regulatory compliance, or consulting, ideally in fintech or payments.
- •Strong knowledge of stablecoin and digital asset regulation across APAC, EMEA, or the Americas.
- •Proven experience managing complex licensing or regulatory authorization projects.
- •Track record of operationalizing regulatory requirements, not just advising on them.
