- •Key Responsibilities Take charge of operational activities across sales, marketing, and retention to ensure integration and efficiency Manage and optimize Salesforce and related tools to improve data flow, focusing on enhancing integrations and automating processes Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of customer interactions across all stages of the customer journey Identify inefficiencies in current operations and implement solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness Work closely with sales, marketing, and retention teams to align strategies and operations, supporting the company's go-to-market efforts Requirements Solid experience in operations related to sales and marketing Strong understanding of and exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce) Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capability to understand data structures and relationships Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement creative solutions
