- •Nest Health is seeking a Medical Assistant & Family Advocate in Mesa, Arizona, to provide comprehensive care to high-risk families.
- •This role involves direct patient support, administrative tasks, and family advocacy within an innovative healthcare model.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist with patient registration, administrative workflows, and prior authorizations.
- •Provide advocacy, navigation support, and education to families regarding health and social care services.
- •Perform direct patient care tasks under provider direction, including vital signs and specimen collection.
- •Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure families connect with necessary resources.
- •Complete accurate EMR documentation of patient information and services provided.
- •Requirements Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. 1-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year of Vital Signs and phlebotomy experience.
- •EMR Systems experience (1 year) and active BLS certification.
- •Access to reliable transportation and willingness to drive to family homes.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse constituencies.
