- •Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform.
- •As the Data Center GM, you will lead data center operations across our Midwest region, starting with our Missouri site and expanding to additional locations.
- •This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of operations, performance, and team build-out across multiple sites.
- •You will act as the primary interface between Nebius and external partners, while ensuring our data centers operate reliably, efficiently, and at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end to end data center operations across the region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all sites Scale from a single-site operation to a multi-site regional footprint Requirements 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers Strong background in critical environment infrastructure (power, cooling, environmental systems)
