About the role
TL;DR
Lead Fliff's games business, owning P&L, strategy, and product for casino, collectibles, and prediction games.
- •Fliff is seeking a General Manager for its Games division to drive strategy, P&L ownership, and product leadership for their social sweepstakes casino, collectibles, and parimutuel-powered games.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the P&L for Fliff’s games businesses, including revenue, margin, and promotional spend.
- •Define the strategy and roadmap to grow the sweeps casino into a best-in-class product.
- •Identify, evaluate, and launch new games verticals and offerings.
- •Lead product direction for the games portfolio and prioritize the games roadmap.
- •Own relationships with game studios, aggregators, and platform vendors end to end.
- •Requirements 8+ years in iGaming, social/sweepstakes casino, or real-money gaming, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- •Demonstrated P&L ownership of a gaming or digital consumer business.
- •Deep knowledge of casino content, game mechanics, and the studio/aggregator landscape.
- •Track record negotiating vendor commercials and managing strategic partnerships.
- •Strong analytical toolkit and fluent in games KPIs.
