About the role
TL;DR
Lead a hardware assembly team, drive operational excellence, and shape the production environment.
- •NavVis is seeking an ambitious Team Lead for their Assembly team.
- •This role involves building on existing production processes, leading a team of 12 technicians, and driving operational excellence to make production standards the best in the industry.
- •Key Responsibilities Own daily production planning and task allocation.
- •Develop and grow the assembly team through coaching and fostering a culture of high standards.
- •Drive cost reduction through process excellence and modern manufacturing methodologies.
- •Lead the shop-floor redesign as part of a planned relocation in 2027.
- •Requirements 5+ years leading a production or assembly team in a hardware manufacturing environment.
- •Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- •Strong people leadership track record.
- •Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.
