- •MUI is seeking an Operations Engineer to act as a hands-on force multiplier, applying systems thinking and software engineering principles to internal business operations.
- •This role will automate manual tasks, build data models, and create AI-driven workflows across various departments to accelerate company growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect, manage, and connect internal software systems (CRM, billing, accounting, databases).
- •Develop AI and workflow automation solutions using scripts, AI agents, and low-code integrations.
- •Streamline GTM and RevOps processes, including lead pipelines and customer data.
- •Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and models for operational analytics.
- •Apply Lean principles to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build technical solutions.
- •Requirements Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL for building internal tools and scripts.
- •Experience with data engineering, maintaining data models, and delivering BI dashboards.
- •Technical mastery of core SaaS ecosystems like Salesforce, Stripe, and NetSuite.
- •Hands-on experience with AI workflows and low-code orchestration engines.
- •Strong systems and process engineering skills with a focus on Lean principles.
