- •Key Responsibilities Own the technology strategy, budget, and narrative, representing technology to the executive team and board.
- •Lead technology functions including e-commerce, post-purchase, fulfillment, and manufacturing systems.
- •Build and grow a high-performing team, owning engineering culture, performance, and structure.
- •Drive the modernization of the e-commerce platform and its integration with backend systems.
- •Champion the effective and responsible adoption of AI tooling and modern software development practices.
- •Requirements Strong track record of senior leadership, managing managers and growing engineering leaders.
- •Experience leading an organization through significant transformation and delivering results.
- •Ability to operate as a true executive, shaping company strategy and setting technical direction.
- •Experience operating with boards and investors in a growth-backed business.
