- •Monzo is seeking a curious, adaptive, and data-focused Finance Data Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team.
- •This role focuses on data analysis and AI, translating complex financial data into commercial insights and building scalable data tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate financial and commercial requirements into scalable data assets and improve data pipelines.
- •Prepare management information, deliver actionable insights, and build data solutions.
- •Automate financial reporting processes and identify opportunities for workflow streamlining.
- •Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- •Requirements Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python, with experience using generative AI for data assets.
- •Experience with data visualization tools like Looker is a plus.
- •Analytical and detail-oriented with experience with financial statements.
- •Commercially minded, able to translate complex numbers into clear business perspectives.
- •Delight in automating processes through code and AI, and building clean queries and robust data pipelines.
