- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 3 colleagues, overseeing Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting, and Reporting.
- •Prepare accurate financial statements in line with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- •Develop innovative financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
- •Create and present compelling monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages.
- •Execute efficient month-end closing processes and train team members on financial systems.
- •Requirements Degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- •Proven expertise in controlling, reporting, finance, and cost accounting.
- •Qualified Accountant Certificate.
- •Strong knowledge of local GAAP/IFRS and proficiency in SAP.
- •Excellent analytical skills and fluency in English and Bosnian.
