Senior Manager for Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting at Fivetran.
- •Fivetran is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Manager to support complex accounting matters, build scalable processes, and contribute to a strong internal control and reporting environment for a fast-growing SaaS company.
- •Key Responsibilities Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos in accordance with US GAAP.
- •Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, and lead implementation of significant changes.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical guidance is consistently operationalized.
- •Support initiatives to enhance external reporting readiness, including complex accounting topics and disclosures.
- •Help design and implement efficient, SOX-compliant accounting processes and internal controls.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required. 7+ years of combined experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or corporate accounting at a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
- •Demonstrated technical accounting expertise and experience drafting memos on complex transactions.
- •Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
- •Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Netsuite and Workiva preferred).
