- •monday.com is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team in Tel Aviv.
- •This role involves training, advising, and consulting with customers to optimize their use of the monday.com AI work platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead AI transformation and implementation projects, designing tailored solutions.
- •Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand business needs.
- •Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform.
- •Leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design.
- •Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager, or technical project manager.
- •Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects.
- •Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools.
- •Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.
