- •Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care.
- •This role focuses on building and scaling operational capabilities for the Armenian market, ensuring efficient and delightful delivery of insurance and healthcare products.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and scale operational processes for the Armenian market, including affiliation, claim management, and health services.
- •Industrialize processes and organization to reach operational excellence through monitoring, continuous improvement, and automation.
- •Contribute to the company roadmap with an Ops vision and navigate cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- •Perform and scale daily operations, including member affiliation, competitor contract cancellation, and health service delivery.
- •Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- •Strong written and oral communication in English; French proficiency is highly valued.
- •Ability to define a vision and translate it into an actionable plan and roadmap.
- •Hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments with uncertainty.
- •Experience in building and optimizing processes for quality, performance, and scalability.
