- •This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from setting up financial operations across multiple countries to supporting fundraising efforts and building internal AI agents.
- •You will work directly with the co-founders, owning execution and contributing to critical decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Frame new strategic topics and conduct initial analysis.
- •Manage financial operations across three countries, including banking, payroll, and month-end coordination.
- •Participate in recruiting operations, from sourcing to running trial days.
- •Build and extend internal AI agents for various tasks.
- •Support Go-to-Market (GTM) activities, including account research and event operations.
- •Requirements 3-4 years of experience in a high-intensity environment (consulting, banking, VC/PE, or early-stage startup).
- •Genuinely AI-native with experience using AI agents for real work.
- •Ability to handle a wide spectrum of tasks with equal energy and context-switch effectively.
- •Extreme ownership and a proactive approach to identifying and filling gaps.
- •Strong analytical range, comfortable with financial modeling, market analysis, and narrative writing.
