Build and maintain revenue systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, and HubSpot.
- •Modern Treasury provides the most trusted infrastructure for global money movement.
- •We are hiring a RevOps Systems Admin to be the builder behind our revenue systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, and HubSpot.
- •This role involves significant structural work and day-to-day ownership of the tools that run our revenue motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts across Salesforce.
- •Configure operational workflows across the GTM stack.
- •Partner with Engineering to automate repetitive GTM work with AI agents.
- •Resolve day-to-day requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- •Design and ship your own solutions for day-to-day and recurring changes.
- •Requirements Highly AI-capable with daily use of AI tools for building. 4-7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack (LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents).
- •Comfortable owning execution and proposing your own designs for day-to-day work.
- •Strong communicator who flags status and risk proactively.
- •Collaborative and solution-oriented.
