About the role
TL;DR
Ensure facility cleanliness and sanitary conditions for safety.
- •The Sanitation Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations within the Sanitation Department, ensuring all parts of the facility are cleaned and in sanitary condition for the safety of the team and customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety rules and GMPs.
- •Perform sanitation and hygiene-related duties using approved cleaning procedures.
- •Monitor chemical dilution of detergents and food contact sanitizers.
- •Proactively assess and address hazards in the facility.
- •Prepare and log donations for donation partners.
- •Requirements Authorized to work in the United States.
- •Experience in a food distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- •Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
- •Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
