About the role
TL;DR
Build AI-driven integrations and agentic workflows to connect business systems.
- •Miro's Business Technology team seeks an AI Integrations Engineer to connect core business systems across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- •You will work directly with business teams to understand challenges and build innovative AI-driven solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to map workflows and build technical solutions.
- •Pioneer AI & agentic workflows using MCPs and LLM-driven agents.
- •Build and scale integrations between core enterprise systems.
- •Develop and maintain scalable microservices for complex logic.
- •Drive an AI-first culture using modern AI developer tools.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of experience in production automations and enterprise SaaS integrations.
- •Hands-on experience with Workato, including agentic capabilities.
- •Deep experience integrating with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Marketo, and Jira APIs.
- •Strong software engineering foundation with microservices experience (preferably Java).
- •Experience with AI tooling and building LLM-driven agents.
