- •Middesk is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to build exceptional teams and accelerate company growth.
- •You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, sourcing and closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
- •Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and build structured interview processes.
- •Ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
- •Help evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and processes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting technical talent.
- •Ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles.
- •High ownership and drive in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- •Proactive use of AI-enabled recruiting tech stack.
