About the role
TL;DR
Designs and develops engaging learning experiences and training materials.
- •Metropolis is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to support the creation of engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences.
- •In this role, you will collaborate with our L&D team and senior designers to translate complex learning needs into high-quality, learner-centered solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of learning programs, courses, and resources.
- •Apply foundational instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- •Support the translation of content from subject matter experts into clear, accessible, and impactful learning materials.
- •Contribute to the production of high-quality video learning content.
- •Support the administration of learning initiatives, including testing digital content and tracking engagement metrics.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields.
- •Understanding of adult learning theory and basic instructional design models.
- •Basic proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Rise 360, Articulate, Synthesia or similar).
- •Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset and desire to learn.
