TL;DR
Regulatory Counsel at Meter will guide the company in becoming an ISP across multiple countries and handle various compliance and legal matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Learn to be Meter’s telecom lawyer, guiding our path to becoming an ISP across the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and rest of world.
- •Build Meter’s international risk compliance program and manage entry into each new international market.
- •Advise the business on data privacy compliance and work with the CISO on privacy strategy.
- •Serve as counsel for the Marketing Team, clearing advertising claims and campaign copy.
- •Build Meter's vendor risk program and support compliance engineers on FCC and safety questions.
- •Requirements A J.D. from a top law school and experience at a top law firm.
- •In-house regulatory experience.
- •Member in good standing of at least one state bar.
