- •Hands-on fluency with generative AI.
- •You already experiment with the models for fun or for work, track where the tools are headed (whether by building yourself or following the right accounts), and pick up new techniques fast.
- •Attention to detail and taste.
- •A discerning eye for what's production-ready versus almost, and a strong POV on what gets it across the line.
- •A creative background: film/TV, animation, design, fashion, motion, or adjacent.
- •You've spent time in tools like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or Blender, so you know the traditional workflows, craft, and language firsthand.
- •A clear communicator and natural teacher, at home being the face of Melius in a room of creatives.
- •Proactive and conscientious, with a bias toward action and a read on what matters when.
