Senior BCBA to mentor junior BCBAs, ensure clinical excellence, and support leadership.
- •MeBe is seeking a Senior BCBA to mentor and guide junior BCBAs in their learning centers.
- •This role focuses on sharing expertise, developing future leaders, and ensuring high-quality clinical care in an engaging environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and feedback to BCBAs.
- •Conduct assessments, FBAs, and manage a client caseload.
- •Participate in leadership development and assist with clinic management.
- •Ensure clinical excellence and support team in meeting metrics.
- •Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- •Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
- •Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- •Ability to pass a Background Criminal Investigation.
