Build educational content and thought leadership for BCBAs.
- •Alpaca Health is seeking a Provider Education Associate to establish the company as the premier education and thought-leadership hub for independent BCBAs.
- •This role will involve creating engaging CEU courses, certificate programs, and content that positions Alpaca as a credible and generous voice in the ABA field.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop CEU-worthy courses and certificate programs that are clear, useful, and enjoyable for BCBAs.
- •Design educational programs for conferences and events, focusing on themes, speakers, and learning objectives.
- •Produce thought leadership content such as whitepapers, talks, guides, and podcasts.
- •Track the reach and impact of educational initiatives to demonstrate their effectiveness.
- •Requirements Ability to build a function from scratch and a strong point of view on content creation.
- •Skill in making complex topics clear, useful, and engaging for an audience.
- •Knowledge of the ABA and BCBA world, or the ability to quickly learn technical fields.
- •Commitment to raising the standard of care in the field.
