- •MaverickX is seeking a Director of Applications to lead the field implementation of their flagship oilfield product, PetroX Boost, and to build the team and technology roadmap behind it.
- •This role involves hands-on leadership in lab testing, treatment design, field validation, and product iteration.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end treatment design for field programs, translating lab results into field recommendations.
- •Supervise field deployments, interpret real-time data, and lead post-job evaluations.
- •Design placement and diversion strategies for effective interval coverage.
- •Serve as the technical voice in key customer discussions and build field partnerships.
- •Lead the Applications team across stimulation chemistry, field engineering, and reservoir analysis.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in stimulation, completions, or production enhancement with end-to-end ownership of treatment designs.
- •Direct, hands-on experience designing and executing stimulation or acidizing treatments across multiple basins.
- •Technical depth in matrix acidizing, reaction kinetics, placement and diversion, and precipitation and formation damage.
- •Experience leading, building, or mentoring technical teams.
