- •Maven is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to drive operational projects and improve care delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through solution design, execution, and results measurement.
- •Drive operational readiness for new product and service line launches.
- •Dig into operational and member experience data to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- •Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company; healthcare or consumer product experience a plus but not required.
- •Strong analytical instincts: comfortable digging into large datasets, building models in Excel or Google Sheets, and have experience with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
