- •Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Workable) to streamline recruiting operations.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM hiring.
- •Proven ability to source and close top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
- •Strong business acumen and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers across different functions.
- •Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
