Intern to assist with customer operations and improve order and shipping processes.

- •Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day Shopify operations.
- •Build and maintain operational dashboards.
- •Support outbound shipping end-to-end.
- •Run the returns and RMA process end-to-end.
- •Own customer tickets related to order management and shipping inquiries.
- •Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
- •Hands-on technical capability.
- •Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- •Experience at a hardware or DTC company.
- •Strong written communication.
