Provide legal consultations for immigration cases, focusing on high-skilled categories.
- •At Manifest, the Immigration Strategy Attorney is the front line of the prospective client experience.
- •You’ll be the first Manifest attorney that prospective clients speak to, and your job is to ensure every consultation is handled with warmth, clarity, speed, and precision.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective clients and provide clear, confident explanations of Manifest’s services and process.
- •Evaluate prospective clients for extraordinary ability and high-skilled immigration pathways, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and related categories.
- •Communicate in a way that feels calm, professional, and supportive, even when clients are anxious or unfamiliar with immigration terminology.
- •Explain complex legal concepts in simple, accessible language to clients from diverse backgrounds and countries.
- •Review client information during consultations, assess viability, and classify case strength (e.g., strong / moderate / weak / unclear).
- •Requirements 5+ years of law practice experience, with significant exposure to U.S. business immigration.
- •Strong working knowledge of extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, and related strategies.
- •You keep up with changing government policies and can quickly identify a proposed policy’s or regulation’s potential real-life impacts to applicants.
- •Deep comfort assessing candidacy quickly and accurately across a wide range of professional profiles.
- •Exceptional communication skills.
- •You are crisp, warm, confident, and highly articulate.
