- •MangoDesk is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver RL Environments for key customers.

- •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
- •Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.
- •Report progress directly to the founders and work on impactful problems.
- •Requirements Strong technical background (CS degree ideal) with data analytics skills (SQL or Python).
- •Excellent problem-solving abilities and ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional projects.
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from scratch.
