Drive customer outcomes by managing implementation projects and stakeholder relationships.
- •As an Implementation Specialist, you will be a core member of an implementation pod, working alongside an Implementation Manager to drive customer outcomes from onboarding through long-term success.
- •You will own meaningful workstreams end-to-end, managing stakeholder relationships, executing deployment projects, and ensuring every customer launched sees clear, tangible value from day one.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned.
- •Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned customer stakeholders.
- •Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook, finding ways to apply what's worked before.
- •Proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success.
- •Creative problem solver who digs in and finds a path forward.
- •Excellent communicator who can translate complex plans into clear, actionable messaging.
- •Thrives in early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is the norm.
- •Solid technical acumen and comfortable working within technical systems.
