- •Mainspring Energy is seeking a Technical Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract to drive outbound sourcing campaigns for high-priority engineering roles.
- •You will build targeted pipelines and conduct talent mapping for niche skill sets.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive outbound sourcing campaigns for high-priority engineering roles.
- •Build targeted pipelines across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and software engineering disciplines.
- •Conduct detailed talent mapping and market research for niche or hard-to-fill skill sets.
- •Develop personalized, high-conversion outreach that clearly communicates Mainspring’s mission, culture, technology, and growth trajectory.
- •Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize strategy.
- •Requirements 3–7+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth or technical environment.
- •Demonstrated success sourcing engineers across hardware and software domains.
- •Strong proficiency with modern sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.
- •Ability to quickly understand complex technical requirements.
- •Strong written communication skills.
