Recruit exceptional interns and early-career talent for defense technology company.
- •Mach Industries is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to help build and scale early talent programs across engineering, manufacturing, and technical disciplines.
- •This role will identify, engage, and hire exceptional interns and early-career talent from top universities and technical programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define early-career hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
- •Own the full early-career recruiting lifecycle, from university outreach to offer and onboarding coordination.
- •Develop and manage relationships with universities, engineering programs, and student organizations.
- •Plan and execute university recruiting events and campus engagement opportunities.
- •Represent Mach Industries as a brand ambassador at universities and recruiting events.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales, ideally within deep tech or hard tech verticals OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in recruiting, business operations, or sales.
- •Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets.
- •Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures.
- •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
