- •Lyra Health is seeking an experienced Director of Operations
- •Provider Performance to establish and execute a holistic provider performance strategy across all of Lyra’s clinical service lines.
- •In this role, you will lead a high-impact team operating at the intersection of clinical strategy, data analytics, and operational execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision, establishing standardized, scalable frameworks across all clinical service lines.
- •Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, setting high-impact priorities and supporting professional development.
- •Partner with Data Analytics to build a unified data vision and establish centralized systems to measure, track, and predict provider performance.
- •Oversee the development of operational tools, workflows, and cross-program dashboards for performance visibility.
- •Serve as a core operational partner to senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
- •Requirements 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, scaling, or managing provider performance operations, clinical productivity frameworks, or provider network operations. 15+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech. 8+ years of direct people management experience, with a track record of scaling high-performing teams.
- •Deep understanding of clinical network operations and core provider metrics.
- •Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate raw data into operational tools and dashboards.
