•Partner with other department leaders on cross-functional initiatives.

•Requirements Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. 8+ years of experience in Paid Social, with a strong record of leading teams.
•At least 3 years management experience.
•Expertise running campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands is preferred.
•Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic foresight.
