- •Literati is seeking a Print Operations Lead to oversee the production of high-quality printed materials for various company initiatives.
- •This role involves operating printing and finishing equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting warehouse operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Operation of production-level printing & mailing equipment.
- •Assisting with preflight and layout setup for jobs.
- •Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of on-site equipment.
- •Estimating print and labor costs of proposed print assets.
- •Completing monthly reports on volumes and billing.
- •Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- •Minimum of 2 years of high-volume print shop or equivalent experience preferred.
- •Knowledge of spreadsheets preferred (Google Sheets).
- •Experience with Fiery, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe CC preferred.
- •Ability to perform light to medium lifting (up to 60 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
