TL;DR
Manage enterprise AI implementations, driving customer success and building Lio's US business.
- •As Lio's first AI Implementation Manager in the US, you will bring AI Agents into real enterprise operations and drive measurable impact for Fortune 500 customers.
- •This is an opportunity to join Lio at the beginning of our US expansion, owning critical customer deployments and helping build our US business.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to successful go-live.
- •Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designs.
- •Act as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customers.
- •Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution.
- •Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks that enable future growth.
- •Requirements Experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
- •Ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
- •Confidence in communicating and building trust with enterprise customers.
- •Structured thinking for managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
- •Solution-oriented mindset for translating customer challenges into scalable approaches.
