  • The Product Manager II, Buyer & Retail Experience is responsible for the vision for helping world class brands showcase their merchandise and connecting them to retail buyers on NuORDER by Lightspeed.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, product strategy, UX, data analytics and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences in the retail industry.
  • Key Responsibilities Owning the B2B Buying Strategy and building a compelling value proposition.
  • Crafting an unparalleled, best-in-class wholesale buying experience for diverse buyers and retailers.
  • Managing the end-to-end B2B transaction lifecycle from purchase to payment.
  • Driving critical transactional capabilities including Retail Profiles, Buyer Accounts, and Product Discovery.
  • Translating strategic vision into roadmaps and PRDs, resulting in launched features that move key metrics.
  • Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience.
  • Strong focus on commercial impact and business viability.
  • Visionary problem-solver with fresh, innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Deeply grounded in metrics and user needs to drive product decisions.
  • Solid understanding of best-in-class UX principles and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Big Tech environments with a track record of building and scaling complex products from zero to one.
