- •Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager II to drive the vision for buyer and retail commerce experiences on the NuORDER platform.
- •You will be instrumental in designing excellent products and making data-informed decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Pilot the overall product strategy for B2B purchasing.
- •Create a world-class wholesale buying experience for diverse global clients.
- •Manage the end-to-end B2B transaction journey.
- •Own key transactional features like retail profiles and buyer accounts.
- •Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch impactful features.
- •Requirements 5+ years of proven product management experience.
- •Strong business impact orientation and a "owner-operator" mindset.
- •Strategic and innovative problem-solving skills.
- •Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- •Data-driven approach with a focus on user needs.
- •Solid understanding of UX best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
- •Experience in Big Tech environments and building products from scratch (0 to 1).
