- •lemon.markets is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Principal Program Manager to lead a critical cross-company initiative between lemon.markets and dwpbank.
- •This role will act as the central coordination point, driving clarity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of a joint offering.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the overall coordination of a critical cross-company strategic program.
- •Shape the joint proposition by bringing together lemon.markets’ and dwpbank’s offerings.
- •Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and commercial stakeholders for seamless execution.
- •Act as the connective layer across teams and senior stakeholders, managing priorities, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
- •Identify strategic risks and opportunities, connect dots across domains, and proactively steer the program.
- •Requirements Strong experience in program management, strategic project leadership, or change delivery in a complex financial-services environment.
- •Experience in securities services, custody, brokerage, wealth management, asset management, or adjacent financial infrastructure.
- •Ability to navigate regulated environments and cross-functional dependencies across multiple senior stakeholders.
- •Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mindset and strong execution discipline.
- •Fluent in German and English.
