- •LemFi is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Specialist to lead day-to-day reconciliation operations within the Finance team in London.
- •This role involves owning the quality of all team outputs, including bank and ledger reconciliations, dispute resolution, and partner reporting, while coaching team members.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end quality assurance across all transaction reconciliations.
- •Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
- •Lead the team's SLA performance on customer disputes and internal escalations.
- •Drive process improvements across reconciliation procedures.
- •Manage internal and external audit cycles end to end.
- •Requirements 5 or more years in high-volume transaction reconciliation.
- •Proven track record in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- •Deep understanding of payment and settlement transaction chains.
- •Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with modern reconciliation tools.
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
