- •Legion Health is building the AI infrastructure to deliver fast, affordable, and world-class healthcare, starting with psychiatry.
- •This role focuses on building the AI-native commercial and referral infrastructure to support their provider-partnership motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical architecture for provider partnerships, from market mapping to referral intake and attribution.
- •Configure and build systems to identify, reach, and convert provider organizations into referrals.
- •Engineer the omnichannel referral ingestion layer and automate referral processing.
- •Develop attribution systems and integrate various data sources across CRM, product, and analytics.
- •Partner with product and engineering to build secure provider-facing dashboards and workflows.
- •Requirements 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or similar systems-building roles. 3+ years owning CRM architecture, GTM automation, or technical RevOps programs.
- •Strong technical foundation including advanced SQL and production-quality Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
- •Deep CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar).
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and modern data warehouses.
