- •Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Builders, fostering a strong product culture.
- •Pilot product success through customer satisfaction, upsell rates, and automation rates.
- •Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Growth teams.
- •Requirements 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 2-3 years in a management role.
- •Passion for AI and automation, understanding their application in transforming workflows.
- •Proven leadership skills to unite and grow diverse profiles.
- •Data-driven and business-minded approach, balancing user experience with business objectives.
