TL;DR
Validate and improve AI-driven health benefits navigation guidance.
- •League is seeking expert reviewers to help validate and improve the AI powering their Benefits Navigation Agent.
- •This role involves ensuring the AI's guidance on health benefits is accurate, complete, and trustworthy.
- •Key Responsibilities Validate rubrics used to assess the AI agent's answers.
- •Grade AI-generated benefits guidance against accuracy and coverage standards.
- •Pressure-test scenarios to ensure benefits guidance remains correct and trustworthy.
- •Requirements Meaningful hands-on experience in benefits plan design, administration, claims operations, regulatory/compliance, member advocacy, or supplemental/point-solution expertise.
- •Based in Canada or the United States with working knowledge of the relevant benefits and insurance landscape.
- •Strong command of where accurate benefits guidance ends and regulated advice begins.
- •Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable on deadline-driven async work.
- •Ability to access and operate within Google Workspace.
