- •Circadia Health is seeking a Senior Scientist to design and execute studies establishing the impact of their healthcare AI platform on patient outcomes and costs.
- •This role involves end-to-end ownership of studies, from framing questions to publishing results.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and govern studies using operational data to assess platform impact.
- •Apply causal inference methods to analyze claims, EHR, and operational data.
- •Draft and publish manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and produce other evidence dissemination materials.
- •Set standards for evidence generation and claims substantiation.
- •Requirements MSc or PhD in epidemiology, health services research, biostatistics, health economics, public health, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of industry research experience in real-world evidence, outcomes research, or health economics.
- •Proficiency with R or Python and SQL, and comfort with large, messy healthcare datasets.
- •Track record of peer-reviewed publication and clear scientific writing.
