- •Evaluate HITL data annotation processes and identify improvements.
- •Requirements Currently pursuing a PhD in CS, Math, or Stats with a focus on ML or NLP.
- •Strong publication record in top-tier ML/NLP conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, EMNLP).
- •Proficiency in writing clean, scalable code to validate theories.
- •Comfort navigating complex codebases and an entrepreneurial mindset about the business of AI.
