- •Kyivstar Group is seeking a Head of GR & Legal to lead the Legal and Government Relations agenda for a recently acquired digital services company.
- •This is a key leadership role at the intersection of law, business, technology, and public policy.
- •Key Responsibilities Shape the regulatory environment and represent the company’s interests by building and leading the Government Relations strategy.
- •Enable business growth by leading the legal function and providing commercially focused legal solutions for complex matters.
- •Protect the business and strengthen governance by managing risks, ensuring compliance, and leading dispute resolution.
- •Requirements Master’s degree in Law; 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- •Strong experience in Government Relations, regulatory affairs, and public policy within the Ukrainian context.
- •Expertise in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, and technology-related agreements.
- •Fluent Ukrainian and English, with strong business judgment and leadership skills.
