About the role
TL;DR
Lead operations for platform products, manage regulated entities, and drive growth initiatives.
- •This role owns the operational running of US regulated entities, supports licensing expansion, and drives platform growth initiatives for Payward Services.
- •It requires a jack-of-all-trades operator with a blend of consulting and in-house operational experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products.
- •Drive cross-functional execution on roadmap milestones and compliance deliverables.
- •Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities, including licensing, risk, and incident management.
- •Lead operational work behind US licensing workstreams (money transmitter and lending licenses).
- •Serve as the operational counterpart to regulators and examiners.
- •Requirements 8-12 years of experience, with roots in strategy consulting and proven operational execution.
- •Experience operating within a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto firm.
- •Familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape and supervision/examination processes.
- •Experience setting up or working with compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding.
- •Track record of running complex cross-functional programs without formal authority.
